Grilled Steaks With Tomato-and-black Bean Salsa

INGREDIENTS

1 14 1/2-ounce diced
tomatoes undrained
1 15-ounce black beans
rinsed and drained
1 15 1/4-ounce whole kernel
corn with red and green
peppers drained
1/2 t Ground cumin
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 T Lime juice
2 Garlic cloves, halved
6 Beef, 1-inch-thick strip
steaks
1 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Rub cut  sides
of garlic over steaks; sprinkle with pepper. Remove 3  tablespoons
liquid from salsa, and drizzle over steaks. Grill steaks,  covered with
grill lid, over medium-high heat (350ø to 400ø) 8  minutes on each
side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with  salsa. Posted to
