Grilled Steaks with Tomato-And-Black Bean Salsa

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (14 1/2-ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cn (15-ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cn (15 1/4-ounce) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 tb Lime juice
2 Garlic cloves, halved
6 Beef (1-inch-thick) strip steaks
1 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine first 6 ingredients; let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Rub cut sides of
garlic over steaks; sprinkle with pepper. Remove 3 tablespoons liquid from
salsa, and drizzle over steaks. Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over
medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree
of doneness. Serve with salsa.
