But our lack of understanding does not prevent us from believing God.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
1 1/2 c Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 cn (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c Green olives, sliced
1/3 c Raisins
1 ts Ground cumin
1 ts Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

In a non-stick skillet, over high heat, cook the ground chuck, breaking
into pieces. Remove meat with slotted spoon. Pour off all but one
tablespoon of grease. Reduce the heat to medium, cook onions and garlic
until soft. Add lime juice, tomato sauce, olives, raisins, cumin and
cinnamon. Simmer 20 minutes. Season to taste. Serves 4.
