Halibut With Red Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 Halibut steaks*
1/8 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
2 T Butter, melted
2 T Butter
1 c Minced onion
2 Red bell pepper, cut in
.. strips
1 pt Tomatoes, cut up with juice
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Can also use haddock, grouper or red snapper.  Preheat broiler. Season
fish with salt & pepper, brush with butter and  broil until opague,
turning once.  Sauce  Cook onion and pepper in butter until just
softened. Add remaining  ingredients; simmer about 10 minutes. Spoon
over fish before serving.  Makes 4 to 6 servings.  Posted by Carolyn
