Ham And Cheese Oven Omelet

INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs
1/2 c Rich Milk
1/4 t Seasoned Salt
1/2 c Ham, Chopped
1/2 c Cheese, Shredded
1 1/2 T Onion, Finely Chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 ° until omelet is set and top is golden
