Hawaiian Ham Salad

Grains Hawaiian Salad 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Cubed; cooked, ham
1 c Pineapple chunks
1/2 c Sliced celery
1/2 c Halved; ripe olives
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ham, pineapple, celery and olives. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice;
lightly stir into ham mixture. Chill 1 hour or more. Stir in peanuts before
serving.
