Honey-baked Root Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

2 T Honey
1 T Margarine, melted
1/4 t Salt
1 lb Carrots, cut into 4 x
1/2-inch sticks
1 Rutabaga, 1 pound cut into
4 x 1/2-inch sticks
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine honey, margarine, and salt in a large bowl; stir well. Add
carrot and rutabaga; toss to coat vegetables.  Arrange the vegetables
in a single layer in a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll  pan coated with cooking
spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or  until the vegetables are
tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4  servings (serving size: 1
cup).  Per serving: 112 Calories; 3g Fat (23% calories from fat); 1g
Protein; 21g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 208mg Sodium  NOTES :
Substitute "squeeze" or liquid margarine for the melted  margarine, if
