INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Mix milk, honey, beaten egg,
blueberries and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just
long enough to moisten dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full.
Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until browned. Makes 12 muffins.
