Name: Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients: 1/2 c Wine vinegar; 2 1/2 tb Honey or sugar; 1 ts Salt; Plenty of ground black pepper; 2 1/2 tb Dijon mustard; 1 3/4 c Corn oil; or olive/corn mixed

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

The issue is not the skill of the one proclaiming the message, the packaging of the message, or the technique used in proclaiming it. The issue is the condition of the hearer. Jesus illustrated that principle in the parable of the sower. The same message (the seed) is proclaimed by the same individual (the sower); the only variable is the condition of the four soils. What is essential for the messengers of the gospel is not cleverness but clarity. Only God can open the sin-blinded eyes of those who are “dead in [their] trespasses and sins” (Eph. 2:1; cf. v. 5; Matt. 8:22; Eph. 4:18).

INGREDIENTS

1/2	c	Wine vinegar
2 1/2	tb	Honey or sugar
1	ts	Salt
		Plenty of ground black pepper
2 1/2	tb	Dijon mustard
1 3/4	c	Corn oil; or olive/corn mixed

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour the vinegar into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Add sugar, salt,
pepper, and mustard and shake well, until sugar is dissolved. Add oil;
shake well. (Always shake just before serving)
NOTES : I made this when I catered the MUUF Pledge Dinner.
