Horseradish Marinade (for Beef)

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Dry red wine
2 T Fresh thyme, minced
2 T Low-sodium worcestershire
sauce
2 T Red wine vinegar
2 T Prepared horseradish
2 T Tomato paste
1 1/2 t Freshly ground pepper
4 Cloves garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stire well. Use to marinate
