Hot And Spicy Chicken With Raita

INGREDIENTS

4 Hot and spicy chicken
drumsticks and
thighs or 12 hot and
spicy
chicken
wings
1/2 Cucumber, finely diced
1 T Freshly chopped mint
1 T Freshly chopped coriander
300 Natural yogurt, 1/2 pint
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Delicious accompanied with basmati or pilau rice and mango chutney.
Barbecue the chicken drumsticks or thighs over a moderate heat for
30-40 minutes, or the chicken wings for 25-30 minutes, turning
occasionally. Mix together the cucumber, mint, coriander and yogurt
then chill until required. Season to taste just before serving. Serve
