Hot And Spicy Marinade

INGREDIENTS

1 c Ketchup
1 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Hot Chinese chili paste-optl
2 ts Hot pepper sauce
1 ts Red pepper flakes
1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Onion, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients; mix well.  Makes 3 cups  This is a good marinade
for ribs, pork chops, pork tenderloin and pork roasts such as loin and
butt.  * Chinese chili paste is available in oriental and specialty food
