Meats, Grains, Dairy Salad 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Cooked; diced chicken
1/2 c Sliced almonds
1 c Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Grated onion
2 c Diced celery
1 c Sliced water chestnuts
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Crushed potato chips
Grated cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix well all ingredients except potato chips and grated cheese.  Put in
greased 2 qt. casserole.  Cover with crushed potato chips.  Bake at 375
degrees for 20 minutes.  Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake for an
additional 5 minutes or so.
