Iced Soup Of Berries

INGREDIENTS

50	g	Sugar
200		Sweet wine
1/2		Lemon, juice of
1		Vanilla pod
2	lb	Selection of summer berries
100		Champagne, sparkling wine
		will
		do
		Mint leaves to garnish
100		Red wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring to the boil the sweet wine, red wine, caster sugar, lemon juice
and vanilla pod.  Add the berries and refrigerate for 24 hours.  To
