Iowa Pork Tenderloin Roast

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Pork tenderloin roast
1 c Cranberry sauce
1 tb Grey Poupon mustard
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Orange juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Ground cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

-
Mix all ingredients together and spread on top of roast. Bake
uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
