INSTRUCTIONS
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle
with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes,
until tender, basting frequently. Makes 6-8 servings. From Tuscon
