INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together 2 cups flour & powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture
clings together. Press into 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes
at 350 or until lightly browned. Beat eggs, granulated sugar & lemon juice.
Sift together 1/4 cup flour & the baking powder. Stir into egg mixture.
Pour over baked crust & bake for 25 minutes in 350 oven. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar & cool; cut into bars. Yields 30 bars.
