From the booklet that accompanied my Supremer Ice Creamer from NordicWare.
In a medium saucepan, dissolve sugar (and honey) in water. Bring to a boil
and boil 3 minutes without stirring. Cool completely. Mix in lemon juice
and rind. Pour into ice cream machine and follow directions for ice cream.
