Preheat oven to 375°. Roll thawed bread dough onto a lightly floured
surface into a 12x8" rectangle. Generously spray the dough with vegetable
oil spray. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the dough. Roll
the dough, beginning with the long end. Seal the seam and slice the dough
into 12 pieces, 1" each.
Lightly spray a 9" round baking pan with cooking spray. Place the pieces of
dough into the pan, keeping the seam side down toward the bottom of the
pan. Spray the top with some cooking spray; cover and let rise in a warm
place until nearly double in size, about 30 minutes.
Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly and
remove from pan.
While rolls cool, prepare glaze by stirring together the powdered sugar,
orange peel and juice. Drizzle over roll and serve warm.
