INGREDIENTS

16 oz Cooked blackeyed peas
1 c Finely chopped peppers
1 c Finely chopped onions
1 sm Jar chopped pimientos; drained
1 sm Jar finely chopped jalapenos; drained
1/2 tb Fresh chopped garlic
1 c Golden Italian dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of
the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla
chips.
