1/4 c Skim milk
3/4 oz Mozzarella cheese, part skim
milk grated
3/4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
1 ds White pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium saucepan combine macaroni, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook
over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, until cheeses are
