INSTRUCTIONS
MIX TOGETHER
Soak glass noodles in boiling water until soft. Add blanched bean shoots,
spring onions, tofu, mint, basil, any sort of meat.
Mix dressing through and serve.
You can really put anything in the noodles - it's the dressing that makes
it.
All ingredients can be found at an Asian supermarket.
