Mandarin Rice Pudding

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Cooked rice
1 c Undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 c Mandarin orange liquid (can)
1/2 c Light brown sugar
3 tb Butter; melted
1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Raisins
1 c Drained mandarin orange

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine rice with all ingredients except orange sections. Mix well. Lightly
butter crockpot.  Pour in rice mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6
hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Stir during first 30 minutes. During
last half-hour, stir in orange sections.
NOTE:  For classic rice pudding use 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 2 tsp
vanilla.  Raisins are optional.  Omit orange liquid and sections.
