INSTRUCTIONS
SALSA
Brown the meat in a pan with the coriander. Saut. beans, corn, peppers and
onions in corn oil. Spread tortilla out on a plate. Pile chopped lettuce
and tomato on. Add meat, vegetables and cheese. Add chilli peppers and
Tabasco to taste. Roll tortilla into a wrap and stick a toothpick through
the centre to hold it together.
Combine all the ingredients of the salsa and serve with guacamole and the
burritos.
