INGREDIENTS

1 c Bisquick¨ baking mix
1 c Yellow cornmeal
3 ts Baking powder
2 Eggs
1/3 c Honey
4 tb Butter; melted and cooled

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir together Bisquick, cornmeal and baking powder. In small bowl, beat
eggs lightly; stir in honey and butter. Pour egg mixture into dry
mixture;mix just till moistened.
Turn batter into well-greased 8" square or round baking pan and bake at 400
for 25-30 minutes or till toothpick in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
Per serving: 207 Calories; 8g Fat (34% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 31g
Carbohydrate; 54mg Cholesterol; 341mg Sodium
