Meats, Dairy Beef, Main dish 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

Basic meat balls
1 cn Sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1/2 c Flour
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1 c Evaporated milk
1 c Water

are browned, push to side of skillet, add mushrooms and brown over medium

make 1/2 cup; pour this liquid and tomato sauce over the meat balls. Bring
to boil, cover skillet, reduce heat. Sprinkle in the flour a little at a
time, stirring constantly to blend. Add pepper, garlic salt, evaporated
milk, water and Worcestershire sauce in that order, stirring constantly.
Return to low heat and cook until sauce is thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and serve immediately with cooked rice or boiled noodles.
