2 c Broccoli flowerets
1/4 c Broth, reduced-sodium
2 Garlic, cloves minced
1 T Basil or oregano snipped
fresh or 1 teaspoon dried
basil or oregano crushed
1/4 t Pepper
3 Tomatoes, medium chopped

Instructions: Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 6  minutes  In a
Dutch oven or large kettle combine zucchini, sweet peppers,  broccoli,
broth, garlic, basil or oregano, and pepper. Bring to  boiling; reduce
heat.  Simmer, covered, for 6 to 8 minutes or till crisp-tender,
