Mexican Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1 lb Velveeta; (I used Velveeta Mild Mexican)
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 pk Meatloaf seasoning mix
1 cn Chopped green chili peppers
3/4 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix graound beef and meatloaf seasoning as directed on package. Shpae into
balls and bake 12-15 minutes at 350F. Melt cheese and water over low heat
(or in microwave). Add taco seasoning mix and chili pepperes to cheese
sauce. Place meatballs in crockpot, pour cheese sauce over meatballs. Cook
on low setting for three hours.
