Mickey’s Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Hash browns
1/8 c Margarine; softened
1 c Cream of celery soup
3 oz Cheddar; grated
3 oz Velveeta
4 oz Sour cream
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c Stove top

INSTRUCTIONS

Break up potatoes and pour them into a 13 X 9 pan. Mix margarine, soup,
cheeses and salt. Spread on top of potatoes. Top with bread crumbs and/or
stove top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
* Tanner thinks we should put stuffing inside next time, too.
