Missouri Barbecued Ribs

INGREDIENTS

2 c Cider vinegar
2 t Freshly ground black pepper
4 t Salt
2 T Brown sugar
2 T Chili powder
2 t Dry mustard
2 t Paprika
2 t Toasted ground cumin seeds
2 T Honey
6 lb Spareribs

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the marinade ingredients in a large screw-top jar and shake
vigorously. Brush the mixture over the ribs and marinate for 4 to 6
hours. Cook on grill, burshing with sauce every 15 or 20 minutes.
Serve remaining sauce, heated with the ribs.  Recipe by: Unknown
