INGREDIENTS

1 pk (18.25 oz) lite devil's food cake mix
1 1/3 c Water
2 tb Veg. oil
2 Egg whites
1 Egg
Cooking spray
3 c Fat-free milk
1 pk (3.9 oz.) choc. instant pudding
1/2 c Kahlua or 1/2 C. strong coffee
1 Container; (8 oz.) frozen fat free thawed whipped topping
1/2 c Reduced fat toffee crisp as Hershey's Sweet Escapes

INSTRUCTIONS

Guess I'm a trifle girl! If anyone has tried the Razzleberry Trifle, try
this one - a Chocolate lover's dream - from COOKING LIGHT.
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingreds. in a bowl and beat til well
blended. Spoon batter into a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 25 min. Cool 10 min. on wire rack and remove from pan.
Combine milk and pudding mix and prepare as to directions. Tear 1/2 of cake
into pieces. Place in trifle dish and pour 1/2 of kahlua over cake. Top
with 1/2 of pudding, whipped topping and choc. bars. Repeat with remaining
cake, Kahlua, pudding,whipped topping and choc. bars. Cover and chill at
least 4 hr. Cals. 265, Fat 4.2, Chol. 16 mg. per 1 1/2 C. serv.
