Mocha Cream Horns

INGREDIENTS

1 Sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 c Heavy whipping cream
2 tb Powdered sugar
2 ts Cocoa
1 tb Coffee liqueur or coffee flavoring extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F.  Roll out the pastry to less than 1/8 inch
thick.  Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips.  Lightly grease a 4 metal pastry
cones.  Starting at the tip, wrap a strip of pastry around each cone,
overlapping the strip slightly.  Bake on a greased baking sheet for about
10 minutes, or until puffed and golden.  When cool, gently remove cones.
Repeat with the remaining pastry.  Beat the cream to soft peaks, then beat
in the powdered sugar, cocoa and liqueur or flavoring. Chill. Use an icing
bag fitted with a star tip to pipe the cream into the pastry cones. Serve
within 30 minutes of filling. Makes about 20 Typed in MMFormat by
