INSTRUCTIONS
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Season with lemon
juice, grated onion, salt, and Tabasco. Stir in avocado and salad dressing
or mayonnaise. Pour into 8-inch ring mold and chill until firm. Yield: 6 to
