Mom’s Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Lemon pie filling, NOT instant
1/2 lb Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (large) fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c Pineapple chunks, drained
1 c Seedless grapes
1 c Whipped cream*
Sliced bananas, dipped in lemon juice, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare pie filling according to package directions; cool. Add fruit
cocktail, pineapple, grapes and marshmallows. Mix well; refrigerate
overnight.
Just before serving fold in whipped cream* and top with banana slices
(dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning).
*Whip cream with sugar according to your sweetness preference. Cool Whip
may be used.
NOTES : If you want to wimp out and use instant pudding and Cool Whip, it
will be OK but VERY sweet.
