INGREDIENTS

1 cn Refridgerator butter tasting biscuits
1 1/2 Stick butter or margarine
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb (heaping) cinnamon; more or less

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the bisuits into quarters and place in a round cake pan. I found
spraying with Pam is needed. Melt margarine in microwave, add sugar and
cinnamon. The darker the mixture the better (in my humble
opionion.....IMHO) pour over biscuit dough, trying to cover as much as
possible. Bake according to bisuit directions. You might want to flip over
the biscuits after most of the cooking. We like it to be toasted and brown
on all sides. Mix up an icing of confections sugar and milk. Icing will
work better if sifted first. Pour over hot monkey bread.
This recipe has been adapted to feed 2-3 hungry kids in the morning. It can
be increased to fit your family, but cook in a tube or bundt pan.
