INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Molasses
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Water
2 Flour
1/2 Lemon; juice & rind
2/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter
1 Egg; beaten
1 Baking powder
1 c Milk
1 1/2 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Combine filling ingredients and pour into a 9-inch un-baked pie shell. To
make topping: Blend butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Add milk and
the sifted dry ingredients a little at a time. Spread topping over mixture
in the pie shell. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 40 minutes.
