INSTRUCTIONS
Tie the first four ingredients in a cloth bag. In a large pot, stir
together the sugar and the cider. Add the spice bag. Bring to a boil and
simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove the spice bag and serve hot with a
whole cinnamon stick in each mug.
