Mushroom-garlic Pasta Dough

1 Egg
1 T Oil
1/4 c Water
1/2 t Salt
14 1/2 t Black pepper, freshly
grnd. if
possible
1 T Minced garlic, more if you
like

2 c Flour, regular everyday
bleached or unbl
1 Fat, 0 Other Carbohydrates

INSTRUCTIONS

Put flour in mixing bin of pasta machine. Puree first 7 ingredients.
Add to flour in mixing bin. Thoroughly blend. If the dough is too
sticky, add more flour, a little at a time; if the dough is too dry,
add more water, a little at a time, until the dough is the correct
consistency to be extruded.  This takes practice and learning what your
machine can handle and  what you can handle (separating strands of
noodles!). Extrude.  Per serving: 1187 Calories (kcal); 21g Total Fat;
