Mustard-dill Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 pound: 1 1/2 pound:
2/3 c Water, 1 cup
2 t Dijon-style mustard, 1
Tab.
1 T Butter or margarine, 1T
3/4 t Salt, 1 tsp.
1 1/2 c Bread flour, 2 1/4 cups
1/2 c Whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup
2 T Nonfat dry milk powder, 3 T
2 t Packed brown sugar, 1 Tab.
3/4 t Dried dill weed, 1 tsp.
1 1/2 t Yeast, 2 tsp.
for bread machine

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding mustard with water.  Recommended cycle: Basic/
white bread cycle; medium/ normal color  setting. Timed-bake feature
