INGREDIENTS
| 2 1/2 | c | Flour |
| 3/4 | ts | Baking soda |
| 2 1/4 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1 1/8 | ts | Salt |
| 3 | ts | Orange rind, grated |
| 2 | Egg | |
| 3/8 | c | Oil |
| 1 1/2 | c | Bananas |
| 3/4 | c | Milk |
| 1 1/8 | c | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift first 5 ingredients, combine remaining ingredients, stir into dry mix, bake at 350 for 50 minutes in a greased lined loaf pan.
