INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Water
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Salad oil
1/4 ts Liquid hot sauce; (or to taste,I have also used chopped hot peppers)
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

combine ingredients. Use to marinate beef, pork or chicken before grilling.
I usually let the meat marinade for approximately 24 to 30 hours in the
refrigerator in a plastic(tupperware)container tightly closed. This is an
excellent marinade, got it off the back of a soy sauce bottle.
