INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the mayonnaise and mustard with the remaining ingredients,
except the potatoes, and mix well.
2. Pour over the warm potatoes and season with salt and freshly ground
pepper to taste.
3. Let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
