Nutty Avocado And Apple W/honey Vinaigrett

INGREDIENTS

2 Avocados
2 Green apples
1 T Salted peanuts
1 t Honey
1 T Red wine vinegar
1/8 t Thyme
1/8 t Dill

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and slice the avocado and apple. In a large bowl, mix the honey,
dill, thyme and vinegar well. Add the fruit to the dressing and toss
well. Serve with grilled chicken or pork (or tofu or tempeh).
