Old-Fashioned Raisin Pie

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1 c Sour cream
2 c Raisins
1 c Brown sugar; packed
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 ts Salt
Pastry for 9" dbl crust pie
Additional nutmeg; optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add sour cream. Stir in raisins, brown sugar,
cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Place bottom pastry in a pie plate; pour in
filling. Top with a lattice crust. Bake at 450@ for 10 mins. Reduce the
heat to 350@; bake for about 25 mins more or til filling is set. If
desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.
