INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Selfrising flour
2 c Granulated sugar
4 Egg yolks
1 1/2 c Oil
4 Eggs whites; (beaten)
1 cn Crushed pineapple with juice; (8 ounce)
1 c Chopped pecans
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Mix flour and sugar together. Make a well in
center, add yolks and oil. Mix. Fold in egg whites. Add remaining
ingredients, mix well. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and
15    minutes.
