Orange Chip Muffins

INGREDIENTS

2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg
1/3 c Orange juice
1/4 c Butter; melted
1 ts Grated orange rind
1/4 pk (12-oz) Nestle Toll House little bits semi-sweet chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder,
baking soda and salt; make well in center. In small bowl, combine sugar,
milk, egg, orange juice, butter and orange rind; mix until blended. Add to
well in flour mixture; stir until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir
in Nestle Toll House Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate. Spoon into greased
muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17
minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes 12 muffins.
