8 lb Pork butt
Hawaiian Rock Salt or coarse ground Kosher Salt (up to)
6 tb Liquid Smoke (up to)
8 Leaves (or banana; taro, or Spinach leaves)

Preheat oven to 500 degrees Rub pork butt with salt and Liquid Smoke. Wrap
first in leaves and then in heavy foil.  Place seam side up in a roaster
with a lid. Cover and bake for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat and bake 3 1/2 hours
at 325 degrees. Shred into pieces and serve in a bit of its own juice.
