Parm And Rom Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Parmesan cheese
2 oz Romano cheese
2 Cloves garlic
1 T Parsley
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 T Vinegar
2 T Lemon juice
2 T Water
1 1/2 T Honey
1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c Cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 c Radishes, thinly sliced
Mixed salad greens

INSTRUCTIONS

1996 16:01:42 -0700 Put in food  procsessor,  cheeses,
garlic,parsley,salt & pepper mix.  Now add vinegar, lemon  juice, water
and honey and mix well. It should have a slightly thick  grain texture.
Put onions , cucumber and radishes in with the mixed  salad greens then
