Pasta Marinara On Beds Of Spinach

INGREDIENTS

1 Recipe Marinara Sauce
10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
8 oz Spaghetti
1 ds Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Lemon, Juice Only

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare marinara sauce. While marinara sauce is simmering cook
spinach; drain well. Also cook pasta until al dente; drain well. To
serve, place a bed of spinach on each of 4 dinner plates. Sprinkle
with pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Add a layer of pasta. Top
with marinara sauce and garnish with parmesan cheese, black peper and
sauteed pine nuts. Variations: stir other steamed vegetables into
sauce substitute hot cooked brown rice for pasta  Recipe by: 15 Minute
