Peanut Butter Sundaes

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Sugar
2 tb Plus 2 tsp. water
2 tb Plus 2 tsp. creamy peanut butter
2 c Chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute or
until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
Transfer to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Cool slightly and
pour over frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any unused sauce.
Per serving: calories 227, fat 5.3g, 21% calories from fat, cholesterol
0mg, protein 5.6g, carbohydrates 39.9g, fiber 0.7g, sodium 2mg.
